A dialogue between tradition and innovation

In the heart of Casteldaccia, projection mapping brought the history of Cantine Corvo to life. The town hall façade became a moving canvas, telling the story of the winery’s deep connection with Sicily, its home from the very beginning.

Light and colour transformed Piazza Matrice into a dreamlike setting for the celebrations, with artists, musicians and performers appearing throughout the square. ODD Agency created a projection mapping show celebrating 200 years of history, bringing the legend of Cantine Corvo to life in an inventive visual experience that captivated the audience.

history and legend

With the late Maurizio Bologna’s compelling narration as their guide, audiences rediscovered the origins of Cantine Corvo, a symbol of Sicilian excellence since 1824. Munnin the raven, a mythological figure associated with the winery’s founding, led a visual journey through history and legend, revealing a past that continues to inspire the present. Vivid imagery and evocative landscapes traced the long history of this Sicilian icon while looking ahead to its future. Scenes of the island, symbols of winemaking and visions of a connected world reflected Cantine Corvo’s continuing evolution: a brand that innovates while staying true to its roots. Together, the scenes expressed the philosophy behind a new Sicilian way of life, bringing beauty, quality and authenticity to audiences around the world.
