A diving into magic

Earth is a journey that brings out, through artistic interpretation, the moving beauty of our planet, but that does not hide the dangers and the upheavals afflicting its inhabitants. It is a genuine cathartic immersion in that amazing natural wealth that we risk losing forever.

In a difficult time like the pandemic, success and the positive response obtained by Earth-Dive Into Magic live streaming confirmed the collective need for cultural and artistic events.

A planet in transformation

To imagine Earth we started from the words of Pope Francis’s encyclical “Laudato Sì”: ”Given the complexity of the ecological crisis and its multiple causes, we need to realize that the solutions will not emerge from just one way of interpreting and transforming reality. Respect must also be shown for the various cultural riches of different peoples, their art and poetry, their interior life and spirituality.

The main theme of the performance is the relationship between man and nature, as well as the interdependence between the planet and its inhabitants. The same theme was very dear to Saint Francis and explicated in its Cantico Delle Creature.
