A historical and emotional journey that traces the history of Palazzo della Ragione through centuries. The video mapping retraces in a non-didactic way the events that marked the history of Palazzo della Ragione and proposes, in the end, the typical Giotto’s vivid shades of colors of the original pictorial cycle.
SIDERA AUREA
The astrological narration of the pictorial cycle
Sidera Aurea is inspired by the astrological narration of the pictorial cycle and its iconography, in a continuous dialogue between image and architecture, where the time it’s narrated through the passage of the seasons.
An immersive experience in which a careful combination of lights, sounds and projections has given its viewers the feeling of being in a physical and astronomical system, as inside a gigantic time machine, on a journey between the present and a magnificent past.
